Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- Black pepper to taste
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Place chicken wings and seasonings (garlic, salt, sake, lemon juice) into a plastic bag and massage well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, arrange the wings, and cook until golden brown. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and steam-fry on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, flip the wings again, and cook both sides until crispy. Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
