ÉTAPES
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
Place the salmon and salt koji in a resealable bag, massage gently, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
