- 🍗 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 pieces fish cake
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish, cut into chunks
- 125g konjac, halved diagonally
Condiments
- Mustard, as needed
Seasonings
- 💧 400cc water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Cut daikon radish into chunks and halve konjac diagonally.
Boil konjac for 2 minutes, then drain. Pour hot water over fish cakes to remove excess oil.
Add all ingredients and seasonings into the pressure cooker. Heat on medium until pressure builds, then cook on low for 10 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally, then serve with mustard on the side.
