INGRÉDIENTS

- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g lettuce, torn into large pieces
Seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- A pinch of grated ginger
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Thickener
- 1 tsp potato starch
Liquid
- 1 tbsp sake
ÉTAPES
Tear the lettuce into large pieces.
Mix the pork with sake, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, ginger, and potato starch in a bowl. Massage the mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the lettuce to the pan and stir-fry briefly until coated with oil.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
