INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 250g yellowtail fillets
Coating
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍋 As needed lemon slices
Marinade
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Place the yellowtail pieces and marinade ingredients (garlic, ginger, salt) into a plastic bag. Massage and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Add potato starch and flour to the bag and shake to coat the yellowtail evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 1 cm deep). Fry the coated yellowtail, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden brown.
Transfer the fried yellowtail to a bowl, sprinkle with black pepper, and mix. Serve on a plate with lemon slices.
