INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Fish
- 🐟 1 piece salted salmon (80g)
Seaweed
- 🌿 2g dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 💧 Water as needed
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Add soaked rice, sake, mirin, and water up to the 1-cup mark in the rice cooker pot. Mix well and flatten the rice evenly.
Place dried wakame on top of the rice, then lay the salted salmon on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, remove the skin and bones from the salmon, flake it, and gently mix with the rice.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
