- 🐟 2 pieces of salted salmon

- 🌿 5g of dried wakame
Condiments
- 🍶 1 tbsp of sake
- 1 tbsp of mirin

ÉTAPES
Add the soaked rice, sake, and mirin to the rice cooker. Mix well, then add water up to the 2-cup mark. Place the dried wakame and salted salmon on top and start cooking.
Once cooked, remove the salmon skin and bones. Cut the wakame into bite-sized pieces and mix everything together. Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top as desired.
