- 🥩 200g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 🥬 1 cup shredded cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
ÉTAPES
Slice pork belly, onion, garlic, and cabbage as desired.
Pan-fry pork belly and season with herb salt.
Push pork belly to the side and add butter to the pan.
Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the butter and sauté.
Mix the pork belly, garlic, and onion together.
Add shredded cabbage to the mixture.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, plum extract, corn syrup, minced garlic, and coffee powder.
Pour the sauce into the pan and mix with the ingredients.
Let the mixture bubble and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the dish over rice.
