Meat
- 🥩 250g pork belly (for grilling)
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves (100g) lettuce
- 🧅 8cm (24g) green onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- 50g kimchi
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 2 tsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork belly until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Wash and chop the lettuce, green onion, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a serving plate.
Add the cooked pork belly and kimchi on top of the vegetables.
In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients: gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, ground sesame seeds, grated ginger, and grated garlic.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
