INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (350g)
- 2 pieces of mochi
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 2 slices ginger
- Chili threads to taste
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 💧 600ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the garlic in half and crush it.
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Cut the mochi into 4 equal pieces.
Mix all the seasonings (☆) in the rice cooker pot.
Add chicken wings, mochi, green onion, garlic, and ginger to the pot and start the regular cooking cycle.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chili threads as desired.
