- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 2 slices ginger

ÉTAPES
Rinse the glutinous rice briefly and soak for 5 minutes, then drain. Slice the green onion thinly. Cut the garlic cloves in half and crush them.
In a pot, add the chicken thighs and enough water to cover them (about 1000cc). Heat over medium heat until boiling, then skim off any foam. Add the glutinous rice, goji berries, pine nuts, ginger, garlic, and green onion. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, mix well, and adjust the flavor.
