INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g sanchu lettuce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 tsp dried wakame seaweed
- 2 sheets Korean seaweed
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Tear sanchu lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice green onion diagonally, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Rehydrate wakame seaweed in plenty of water and drain.
In a bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients. Add sanchu lettuce, green onion, and wakame seaweed, then toss to combine.
Plate the salad and top with torn pieces of Korean seaweed.
