- 2 processed sanma fish (220g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 pack maitake mushrooms (100g)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce

ÉTAPES
Cut the sanma fish in half and sprinkle both sides with salt. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper.
Slice the onion thinly and break the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Place half of the onion and sanma on aluminum foil, then add half of the maitake mushrooms around them. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sake and wrap tightly. Repeat to make two packets.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan, add water (about 1cm deep), and heat over medium heat. Cover and steam for about 10 minutes.
