ÉTAPES
Season the sanma fillets with salt and pepper. Layer basil leaves, ketchup, and torn cheese slices on top.
Roll the fillets tightly from one end and secure with toothpicks.
Coat the rolls in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in sequence.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C (340°F) in a pan. Fry the rolls for 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
