- 🐟 1 cleaned sanma (110g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🌿 2 sprigs parsley
Lemon Butter Sauce
- 🧈 30g salted butter
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Chop parsley into coarse pieces.
Cut the sanma in half, sprinkle salt evenly, let it sit for 5 minutes, and pat dry. Coat lightly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the sanma on low heat for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add butter, grated garlic, and black pepper. Once the garlic aroma rises, turn off the heat and mix in lemon juice.
Plate the sanma, pour the lemon butter sauce over it, and garnish with parsley.
