- 🐟 1 filleted Pacific saury
Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Oil
- Salad oil, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Cut the Pacific saury into bite-sized pieces. Place the saury in a plastic bag along with the seasoning ingredients (grated ginger, soy sauce, mirin). Massage the bag to coat the fish evenly, remove air, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Coat the marinated saury pieces with potato starch. Heat about 1 cm of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the saury for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
