INGRÉDIENTS
Patty
- 🐟 160g sardine fillets
- 150g firm tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🍞 20g breadcrumbs
- 🥛 50ml milk
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Topping
- 🥒 150g grated daikon radish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Ponzu sauce, as needed
Other
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Grate daikon radish and squeeze out excess water. Mince onion and remove skin from sardines, then chop finely.
Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until done.
Plate the patties, top with grated daikon and green onion, and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
