Fish
- 🐟 2 filleted sardines
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms
- 1/2 bunch mizuna
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Spices
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Pasta
- 🍝 180g spaghetti
ÉTAPES
Cut the sardines into 2cm pieces and season with salt and pepper. Chop the mizuna into 4cm pieces and separate the maitake mushrooms by hand.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan. Add the sardines and sauté until fragrant. Add the maitake, mizuna, and cooked spaghetti, and stir-fry together.
Season with salt and soy sauce, mix lightly, and serve on a plate. Garnish with shiso leaves.
