INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Chicken
- 🍗 150g chicken breast (no tendon)
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp salt kombu
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into 2cm wide pieces.
Slice the chicken breast thinly and season with salt and pepper.
Add rice, seasonings (sake, soy sauce, salt), and water to the rice cooker.
Place chicken and cabbage on top and start the rice cooker.
Once cooked, mix in salt kombu gently.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
