ÉTAPES
Shred the cabbage and mince the green onion.
Place the cabbage on a microwave-safe plate, lay the chicken tenders on top, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the minced green onion and ponzu sauce to create the onion ponzu dressing.
Shred the cooled chicken by hand. Arrange the cabbage and chicken on a plate, then drizzle with the onion ponzu dressing.
