INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (50g) chicken breast
- 🍆 2 medium eggplants (160g)
- 1 myoga
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Once cooled, cut into shorter lengths and tear into bite-sized pieces. Slice the myoga thinly at an angle.
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake and salt, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and water). Add the prepared eggplants and chicken, mix well, and let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
