INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 300g shirataki noodles, rinsed
- 100g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
Toppings
- 2 tsp okonomiyaki sauce
- Mayonnaise, as desired
- Pinch of aonori (seaweed flakes)
- 2g bonito flakes
ÉTAPES
Cut the chives into 3cm pieces and slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the shirataki noodles for 3 minutes to remove excess moisture. Push them to the side of the pan.
Add half of the sesame oil and the chicken to the pan. Cook until the chicken changes color.
Add the bean sprouts and chives to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add sake, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and transfer to a serving plate.
Clean the pan and wipe it dry. Heat the remaining sesame oil over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently until semi-cooked. Place the omelet on top of the stir-fried mixture.
Top with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, aonori, and bonito flakes.
