ÉTAPES
Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders. Slice them open lengthwise and spread them flat (butterfly cut). Coat both sides with flour.
Heat a frying pan with butter over medium heat. Add the chicken tenders and cook, flipping occasionally, until the color changes.
Add soy sauce and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring until it thickens. Add bonito flakes and mix well.
