- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
- 5 shiso leaves, chopped
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Chop the chicken tenderloin roughly.
Chop the shiso leaves roughly.
Mix the chicken, shiso leaves, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Scoop 1/6 of the mixture with a spoon and place it in the pan. Cook for 3 minutes until browned, then flip. Cover with a lid and steam on low heat for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
