INGRÉDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 4 chicken tenderloins
Flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them in half lengthwise.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ginger, garlic) and marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
Add potato starch and all-purpose flour to the marinated chicken and coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), then fry the chicken for about 3.5 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
