Main Ingredients
- 🍗 3 chicken tenders
- 🧅 3 green onions
- 1 myoga (Japanese ginger)
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Seasonings
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and make small cuts. Place them in a microwave-safe container and sprinkle with salt and sake.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, or until cooked through. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onions and myoga thinly.
Mix the seasonings (ginger, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Combine the shredded chicken, green onions, and myoga with the seasoning mixture and mix well.
