INGRÉDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Coating
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1g dried green nori flakes
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken tenderloin diagonally into thin pieces.
In a bowl, mix chicken with sake and let it marinate for 5 minutes. Add salt, mayonnaise, flour, and cheese, then mix well. Finally, add panko and nori flakes and combine.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated chicken and cook until lightly browned. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
