- 🍗 300g chicken tenderloin, minced
- 100g silken tofu
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Mince the chicken tenderloin using a knife until it becomes a paste-like texture.
Place the tofu in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool.
In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, tofu, and seasoning ingredients. Mix until sticky. Shape into small oval patties using about 1 tbsp of mixture each.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked.
