- 8 shiso leaves
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough salad oil for frying
- 🍋 1 lemon wedge

ÉTAPES
Trim the stems off the shiso leaves.
Cut the chicken tenderloin diagonally in half and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap each piece of chicken with a shiso leaf, making 8 pieces in total.
Coat the chicken in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat 2cm of salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C and fry the chicken until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with a lemon wedge.
