Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
- 🧅 165g green onion
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp steaming liquid
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 7mm pieces. Cut the kaiware sprouts in half lengthwise.
Pierce the chicken tenderloin with a fork in several places. Place it in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, flip the chicken, add the green onion on top, cover again, and microwave for another 1.5 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on. Reserve 1 tbsp of steaming liquid and shred the chicken along its fibers.
Mix the seasonings (salt, chicken broth powder, sesame oil, black pepper, and steaming liquid) in a bowl. Add the shredded chicken and kaiware sprouts, then toss to combine.
