INGRÉDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 4 pieces chicken tenderloin (200g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥢 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Sauce
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
Garnish
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Slice open the thick parts of the chicken tenderloins and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ground white sesame to make the sesame mayo sauce.
Place the chicken tenderloins on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Spread the sesame mayo sauce on one side of the chicken.
Bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
