- 4 pieces (200g) taro root

- 1 tsp aonori (green seaweed flakes)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake

ÉTAPES
Peel the taro root and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl, add 1 tsp of salt (not listed in ingredients), rub well, rinse thoroughly with water, and drain.
In a frying pan, add the taro and water. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 5–6 minutes until the taro softens. Drain the water, return the taro to the pan, and dry-fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates. Push the taro to one side of the pan.
Add salad oil and pork to the pan. Stir-fry until the pork is golden and crispy. Add sake and salt, mixing well. Finally, add grated cheese and aonori, and stir briefly to combine.
