INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🌭 6 sausages
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquids
- 💧 100 ml water
Seasoning
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, a pinch
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into 1 cm strips. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Make diagonal cuts on the sausages.
Heat olive oil in a pot, then add the cabbage and shimeji mushrooms. Stir-fry until the oil coats the vegetables evenly.
Add the sausages, water, and all the seasonings (☆). Mix well, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
