INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
- 🌽 70g canned corn
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 60g curry roux (3 pieces)
- 💧 400ml water
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion and carrot into 1cm cubes.
Slice the sausages into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and sausage, and sauté until the onion softens. Add canned corn and stir briefly.
Add water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add curry roux and seasonings (ketchup and Worcestershire sauce). Stir until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serve the curry over cooked rice.
