- 🌭 12 mini Vienna sausages
- 12 mozzarella rice cakes
- 6 skewers (10 cm each)
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients by soaking the rice cakes in warm water until softened.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil.
Skewer 2 sausages and 2 rice cakes alternately on each skewer.
Cook the skewers in a dry pan until lightly browned and heated through.
Brush the prepared sauce generously over the cooked skewers.
