INGRÉDIENTS

- 🌭 20 sausages
- 🌽 4 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion, carrot, and green onion into small pieces.
Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Drain the sweet corn completely and set aside.
Mix all sauce ingredients except minced garlic and green onion in a bowl.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion over medium heat.
Add chopped carrot and stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and continue stir-frying until translucent.
Add the sausages and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute over medium-low heat.
Add sweet corn and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
Serve hot and enjoy!
