ÉTAPES
Remove broad beans from pods and peel the thin skin. Mince the garlic and cut bacon into 1cm strips.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the broad beans for about 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and bacon, sauté until crispy. Add the broad beans and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper, then plate and sprinkle black pepper on top.
