ÉTAPES
Trim the stems of the okra and peel the ridges by running a knife diagonally along the edges.
Sprinkle salt (not listed in ingredients) over the okra, gently press with your palm, and roll it. Rinse under water and pat dry.
Cut the okra into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned, then add the okra and stir-fry briefly.
Add the butter, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
