- 🐟 2 fillets of sea bass

- 🥦 1/2 head of broccoli
Condiments
- 🐟 6g (2 pieces) of anchovies
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Pinch of sliced chili

ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets. Mince garlic and anchovies.
Cut sea bass into thirds and coat with all-purpose flour.
Place broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pan over low heat until garlic becomes fragrant.
Add sea bass skin-side down and cook over medium heat until browned, then flip and cook through.
Add broccoli and anchovies to the pan, stir-fry briefly, and season with salt and pepper.
