- 🦐 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 70g shelled broad beans
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Season the peeled shrimp with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Thinly slice the onion.
Make a small cut on the broad bean skins and peel them. Microwave the beans with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W, then drain.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the shrimp until golden brown.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté until softened. Then, add the broad beans and stir-fry together.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry briefly to coat the ingredients evenly.
