- 🌽 1 can canned corn
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese to taste
- 🥓 2 strips of bacon
- 🧄 Sliced garlic, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Drain the canned corn and chop the bacon, onion, and bell peppers into small pieces.
Tilt a frying pan to pool the oil and sauté sliced garlic until crispy.
Cook the bacon in a dry pan until crispy.
Mix the corn, bell peppers, onion, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Line a frying pan with aluminum foil and add the mixed corn and vegetables.
Top the mixture with mozzarella cheese and cook on high heat for 1 minute.
Cover the pan with a lid and reduce to low heat until the cheese is fully melted.
Transfer the foil with the corn cheese to a serving plate.
Top with crispy garlic and bacon before serving.
