INGRÉDIENTS
Filling
- 🥓 70g block bacon
- 🧅 1 new onion (150g), diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
Batter
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated cheese
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 70cc milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking mold with parchment paper.
Dice the new onion and block bacon into 1cm cubes.
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté the bacon and onion for 4–5 minutes until softened. Let cool.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl, then mix in grated cheese and dried parsley.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, then mix in milk, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add the dry mixture in three parts, mixing gently each time.
Fold in the sautéed bacon and onion mixture into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
