- 1 tsp salad oil
- Sansho to taste
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Place the sawara fillets in a tray and sprinkle with sake. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel and coat both sides with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the sawara skin-side down and cook for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip the fillets, add the sauce ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, coating the fillets with the sauce.
Serve the fillets on a plate and sprinkle with sansho to taste.
