- 2 fillets of sawara
Vegetables
- 1/3 stalk of green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of grated ginger
- A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally and place it in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Add the sauce ingredients (☆), mix, cover again loosely, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds to make the sauce.
Season both sides of the sawara fillets with salt and pepper. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the sawara skin-side down, and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until fully done.
Plate the cooked sawara and pour the sauce over the top.
