- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 100g cleaned scallop adductor muscle
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms

- 10g sliced fried tofu
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot, trim and separate the shimeji mushrooms, and slice the fried tofu into 1cm strips.
Rub the scallop adductor muscle with a pinch of salt, rinse under water, and remove any slime.
Boil water in a pot, add the scallop adductor muscle, and cook for 2 minutes. Cool in cold water and pat dry. Cut into 3cm pieces.
Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer scallop adductor muscle, fried tofu, carrot, and mushrooms on top. Cook as usual.
