- 1 can scallop flakes (65g)
- 150g grated daikon
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400cc water
Thickener
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of chili oil
ÉTAPES
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water.
In a pot, add the scallop can (including the juice), water, and chicken stock powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the potato starch mixture and stir until thickened.
Add the grated daikon to the pot and simmer briefly. Adjust the taste with salt.
Serve in bowls and garnish with sesame oil, chili oil, and chopped green onion.
