- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 6 fresh scallops
Vegetable
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Cut scallops into 1cm cubes. Tear maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onions thinly.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, butter), and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup line. Mix well.
Place maitake mushrooms and scallops on top of the rice mixture. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, add sliced green onions and mix gently.
