- 🦪 100g scallops
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌱 8 okras
- 50g mizuna
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🌽 1 tbsp whole corn
Dressing
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the scallops in half and season with salt and pepper. Trim the okra, cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, dashi powder, water, and olive oil).
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the scallops and okra, and cook until they develop a golden-brown color.
Arrange the mizuna, cherry tomatoes, scallops, okra, and corn on a plate. Drizzle with the prepared dressing.
