- 🦪 5 sashimi-grade scallops

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin

- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Some kaiware sprouts

- 🧈 10g salted butter

- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- Some shredded nori
ÉTAPES
Cut the scallops in half and season with salt and pepper.
Crush the garlic clove and cut it in half.
Heat butter and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add scallops and cook on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Add mirin and soy sauce, then stir briefly.
Serve rice in a bowl, sprinkle shredded nori, place scallops on top, add egg yolk in the center, and garnish with kaiware sprouts if desired.
