- 🦪 150g steamed scallops
Vegetables
- 🥔 200g baby potatoes, quartered
- 🥦 40g asparagus, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Wash baby potatoes thoroughly, quarter them, and soak in water. Slice asparagus diagonally into 5cm pieces, removing the tough bottom third.
Place baby potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add scallops, baby potatoes, and asparagus. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until asparagus is cooked through.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Turn off the heat and mix in the butter.
